loving Little You™

You can love Jesus, know who He says you are, and still struggle to believe it when it matters most.

You know your worth isn't supposed to depend on what people think of you.

But why does one person's opinion have the power to ruin your day?

Why do you replay conversations, wondering if you said too much, said the wrong thing, or made someone feel a way about you?

Why is saying “no” so hard when you're afraid of disappointing someone?

Why do you keep shrinking yourself, second-guessing your decisions, or putting everyone else's needs before your own?

Why does rejection feel so personal?

Why do you find yourself looking for reassurance, comparing yourself to other women, or questioning whether you're really good enough?

And why, even when you know the truth about your identity in Christ, can it still feel so difficult to live like you believe it?

You're tired of letting fear, insecurity, and other people's opinions have so much say in how you see yourself and how you live.

You want to feel secure without constantly needing reassurance.

You want to speak up without feeling guilty, set boundaries without fearing you'll lose people, and stop overthinking every little thing.

You want to stop taking everything so personally, stop questioning yourself at every turn, and stop letting one uncomfortable interaction follow you around for the rest of the day.

You want to be able to show up as yourself — without constantly worrying about being rejected, misunderstood, judged, or not chosen.

And you want your relationship with God to shape how you see yourself, not just what you know in your head.

So why is it so hard to change patterns you know are hurting you?

Sometimes, the way you respond today is connected to what you learned about yourself, relationships, and the world around you long before you had the words to understand it.

Maybe you learned that keeping everyone happy was the safest way to maintain a relationship.

Maybe you learned that being good, helpful, successful, or easy to love was how you earned approval.

Maybe rejection taught you to question your worth.

Maybe being misunderstood made you afraid to speak up.

Maybe experiences that hurt you left you expecting the worst, even when the situation in front of you doesn't call for it.

Over time, these responses can become familiar. You may find yourself people-pleasing before you've even considered what you want, assuming the worst before you know what someone meant, or talking yourself out of opportunities because you're afraid of what people might think.

And knowing what God's Word says about your identity doesn't automatically make those learned responses disappear.

But you are not stuck being the woman those experiences taught you to be.

You can begin to understand these patterns, challenge the beliefs behind them, and practice new ways of thinking and responding — grounded in truth rather than fear.

You can learn to value yourself without constantly looking for approval, navigate relationships without abandoning yourself, and move through uncomfortable moments without letting them define your worth.

Not because you'll never feel insecure again, but because insecurity doesn't have to keep making your decisions for you.

Inside Loving Little You™, you'll work through the experiences and beliefs that may still be shaping how you see yourself, navigate relationships, and respond to difficult emotions.

Through Scripture, practical psychology, guided reflection, and intentional exercises, you'll learn to recognize old patterns without shame, challenge the beliefs behind them, and practice new ways of thinking and responding.

The goal isn't to become a woman who never struggles. It's to become a woman who understands herself better, knows where to turn when old patterns resurface, and learns to live more consistently from the truth of who God says she is.

You don't have to stay stuck in patterns you've outgrown.

Let's do the work.

HOW TO KNOW IF THIS IS FOR YOU

This may be for you if:

You overthink conversations and worry about what other people think of you.

You struggle to say no, set boundaries, or speak up because you don't want to disappoint people.

You take rejection personally or find yourself looking for reassurance that you're enough.

You compare yourself to other women or question your worth, even when you know what God's Word says.

You notice yourself repeating patterns you promised yourself you would stop.

You struggle to manage uncomfortable emotions without shutting down, overreacting, or turning against yourself.

You want to understand why you respond the way you do instead of constantly telling yourself to do better.

You're ready to grow emotionally and spiritually, but you want an approach that honors both your faith and the practical work of change.

You don't have to relate to every point.

You just need to recognize that some of these patterns are affecting your life and be willing to work through them with God.

This may not be the right fit if…

You're looking for an instant fix without putting the lessons into practice.

You want someone else to do the work of growth for you.

You're not open to reflecting honestly on your patterns, beliefs, and responses.

You're looking for a course focused exclusively on clinical treatment or crisis support.

Loving Little You™ is designed to support your personal growth through Scripture, practical psychology, and guided exercises. It isn't a substitute for professional mental health care when that support is needed.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. You just need to be willing to start.

What Makes This Different

Healing isn't just about knowing the truth. It's learning how to live from it.

You can read Scripture about your identity, tell yourself to stop overthinking, and know that you need better boundaries — but still find yourself falling into the same patterns when real life happens.

That's because change involves more than knowing what you should think or do. It also means understanding the beliefs you've carried, recognizing the responses you've learned, and practicing new ways of thinking and responding.

That's where Loving Little You™ comes in.

I bring together three things:

BIBLICAL TRUTH

Learn to look at yourself, your experiences, and your relationships through the truth of God's Word - replacing shame and self-condemnation with a more grounded understanding of who you are in Christ.

PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGY

Understand how past experiences can shape beliefs, emotional responses, and relationship patterns. Learn to recognize your triggers, question the assumptions behind them, and practice healthier responses.

GUIDED, PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Go beyond simply consuming information. Through guided reflections, writing exercises, and practical tools, you'll have opportunities to apply what you're learning to your own life.

This isn't about pretending your experiences didn't hurt, blaming yourself for the patterns you've developed, or trying to become a completely different person.

It's about bringing the places you struggle into the light, learning to respond to yourself with greater understanding, and allowing God's truth to shape the way you move forward.

A little about my approach:

I have a degree in psychology and experience in mental health, social work, coaching, and ministry.

My background has shaped the way I approach emotional growth, but my faith in Jesus shapes the foundation of this work.

I believe we can take our emotional experiences seriously without making them our identity, use practical tools without placing our hope in a technique, and pursue growth while remaining rooted in God's truth.

You don't have to choose between caring for your emotional well-being and growing in your relationship with Jesus. You can make room for both.

Loving Little You™

Four modules. One intentional process.

A chance to understand your patterns, renew your mind, and practice a new way of moving through life with God.

MODULE 1: Seeing Her Clearly

Understand the patterns before you try to change them.

Have you ever wondered why certain situations affect you so deeply, even when you know you shouldn't take them so personally?

Sometimes, our reactions today are connected to beliefs we developed through earlier experiences. Maybe you learned to keep everyone happy to feel accepted. Maybe you became a perfectionist because making mistakes didn't feel safe. Or maybe rejection taught you to question your worth.

In this module, you'll begin exploring where some of your patterns may have started — without blaming yourself or getting stuck in the past.

You'll learn how to:

Recognize patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Identify experiences that may have influenced the beliefs you carry today.

Notice your triggers with curiosity instead of shame.

Understand the difference between what happened to you and what you came to believe about yourself.

Begin looking at your experiences through the lens of God's truth.

Inside the module:

Story Uncovered Practice: reflect on your experiences with greater compassion and perspective.

Belief Mapping: connect recurring situations with the beliefs and responses that may follow them.

Clarity Reflection: identify patterns you want to understand and change.

The goal: To stop judging yourself for your patterns long enough to understand them.

MODULE 2: Releasing What Hurt Her

You can acknowledge what hurt you without letting it define you.

Understanding where a pattern began is an important step. But what do you do with the hurt, disappointment, anger, or shame that may still be attached to it?

In this module, you'll begin processing what you've carried and exploring how to respond to those experiences differently. You don't have to force yourself to relive painful memories or pretend you're okay before you're ready.

You'll learn how to:

Acknowledge difficult emotions without judging yourself for having them.

Recognize the ways you've learned to protect yourself from getting hurt.

Explore the difference between processing an experience and repeatedly replaying it.

Understand forgiveness without minimizing harm or ignoring healthy boundaries.

Begin loosening the grip that old experiences may have on your present responses.

Inside the module:

Root + Response Mapping: explore the connection between an experience, the meaning you gave it, and how you respond today.

Release Statements: put words to beliefs, expectations, or burdens you're ready to reconsider.

Emotional Unload Exercise: create space to acknowledge and process what you've been carrying.

The goal: To make room for healthier responses without denying what you've been through.

MODULE 3: Speaking Truth Into Her

Learn to challenge the stories that keep you stuck.

Maybe you know God says you're loved, but rejection still makes you feel unwanted. Maybe you know you can set boundaries, but guilt tells you that you're being selfish.

This is where we begin working with the beliefs that show up in everyday life — not by pretending difficult feelings don't exist, but by learning to question the conclusions we draw from them.

You'll learn how to:

Recognize the difference between a feeling and a fact.

Identify beliefs that conflict with God's truth.

Challenge harsh self-talk and practice responding to yourself with compassion.

Renew your thinking through Scripture and intentional reflection.

Build a more grounded understanding of your identity in Christ.

Inside the module:

Truth Rewriting: examine an old belief, question its accuracy, and develop a more truthful perspective.

Compassion Statements: practice responding to yourself with both grace and honesty.

The goal: To stop treating every fearful thought as the truth and learn to respond from a more grounded place.

MODULE 4: Becoming the Woman She Needed

Let what you're learning shape how you live.

Understanding your patterns is powerful. But real growth also involves practicing different responses when life doesn't go as planned.

This module brings everything together. You'll focus on the everyday choices, habits, and responses that help you move forward with greater confidence, emotional awareness, and consistency.

Not perfection. Not never struggling again. Just learning to meet real life differently.

You'll learn how to:

Respond to difficult emotions without immediately reacting or shutting down.

Make decisions without relying so heavily on other people's approval.

Practice boundaries without automatically abandoning your own needs.

Develop habits that support your growth rather than reinforce old patterns.

Approach setbacks with self-awareness, grace, and practical next steps.

Inside the module:

Adult-Self Habits: identify practical actions that reflect the woman you're becoming.

Future-Self Check-Ins: reflect on how you want to respond when familiar patterns resurface.

Supportive Self-Talk Scripts: practice words you can return to during difficult moments.

The goal: To take what you've learned and begin putting it into practice in your everyday life.

Your growth doesn't have to end when the 30 days are over.

Loving Little You™ gives you a guided starting point for understanding your patterns, renewing your mind, and practicing healthier ways of responding.

You may notice certain things click quickly. Other patterns may take more time, practice, prayer, or additional support to work through. That's okay.

The goal isn't to rush your growth. It's to give you tools you can continue returning to as you grow with God.

MEET your Instructor

Hi, I'm Chanelle!

My heart is to help women experience the freedom that comes from knowing who they are in Christ and operating fully in that.

Before Loving Little You™ existed, I spent years learning about human behavior, emotional well-being, and the patterns that shape the way we think and live.

With a degree in psychology and experience in mental health, I saw how deeply our experiences can influence the way we view ourselves, navigate relationships, and respond to the world around us. My own life journey as exhibit A.

I created programs to help women recognize the lies they believed about themselves and begin breaking free from the patterns that were holding them back. I witnessed women experience real breakthroughs, and I loved being part of that process.

But in 2021, my own life drastically changed when I encountered Jesus.

My faith became the foundation of how I understood healing, identity, and transformation. I began to see just how important it was to bring our struggles to God - not just to understand ourselves better, but to learn to see ourselves through the truth of who He is and who He says we are.

I went on to work full-time in social work and ministry, supporting women and teens navigating life and working with trauma survivors. Through those experiences, my heart for helping women grew even deeper.

Then, in 2025, I felt the Lord calling me back into the online space to use the gifts and experience He had developed in me.

I began creating programs that bring together the things I'm passionate about: Jesus, emotional healing, practical psychology, and helping women live from the truth of their identity in Christ.

That's why I created Loving Little You™.

I want women to understand the patterns they've carried without feeling ashamed of them. I want them to learn how to challenge the beliefs that keep them stuck, care for themselves with greater compassion, and bring the places where they struggle into their relationship with God.

Because knowing what God's Word says about you matters. And learning how to live from that truth in your everyday thoughts, relationships, and decisions is the key that unlocks it all.

You don't have to figure it all out alone. I'm here to help you do the work, one step at a time, with Jesus at the center.

I'm so glad you're here.

xoxo,

Chanelle Janae

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a Christian to take this course?

Loving Little You™ is rooted in Scripture and designed around growing in the truth of who God says you are. You don't need to have everything figured out in your faith to begin, but you should be open to engaging with the Christian foundation of the course and exploring what it means to bring your healing and growth to Jesus.

Whether you're newer to faith or have been walking with God for years, this course is an invitation to grow.

What if I've already tried to work on these patterns?

Maybe you've read the books, listened to the podcasts, prayed about it, or promised yourself you'd respond differently next time.

Those things can all be valuable. But sometimes, knowing what you want to change and learning how to practice that change are two different things.

Loving Little You™ gives you a structured place to explore your patterns, reflect on the beliefs behind them, engage with Scripture, and practice new responses. It isn't a guarantee that every struggle will disappear, but it can give you tools to keep working through them with greater understanding and intention.

What if I'm afraid to revisit things from my past?

You don't have to force yourself to revisit every painful experience to benefit from this course.

The exercises are designed to help you reflect at your own pace, recognize patterns, and approach yourself with greater compassion. You can pause, skip an exercise, or seek additional support if something feels overwhelming.

If you're experiencing significant trauma symptoms or struggling to feel safe, working with a qualified mental health professional may be an important part of your support.

How long will it take to see results?

Loving Little You™ is designed as a 30-day journey, but everyone's experience will be different.

You may notice new awareness or meaningful insights early on. Other changes, like responding differently in relationships, setting boundaries, or challenging long-standing beliefs often take continued practice over time.

The course gives you a place to start and tools to keep using beyond the 30 days. Your growth isn't a race, and you don't have to get everything right the first time.

How much time do I need?

The course is designed to be worked through over 30 days. You'll want to set aside time to engage with the lessons and complete the reflection exercises, rather than simply watching or reading the material.

Choose a pace that allows you to be intentional with the work. Consistency matters more than rushing through it.

Is this therapy?

No. Loving Little You™ is an educational and personal-growth course that combines biblical teaching, practical psychology concepts, and guided reflection exercises.

It is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for individualized care from a qualified professional. You can use what you learn alongside professional support if that is appropriate for you.

What if I don't know where to start?

That's exactly why the course is organized into four modules that build on one another.

You'll begin by recognizing your patterns, then explore what may be behind them, practice challenging unhelpful beliefs, and work toward applying what you've learned in everyday life.

You don't need to know all the answers before you begin. Start with the first lesson and take it one step at a time.

Is there a refund policy?

Because Loving Little You™ is a digital product that provides access to course materials upon purchase, all sales are final, and purchases are non-refundable.

Please review the course details and make sure Loving Little You™ is the right fit for you before purchasing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Your Invitation:

You Deserve to Stop Fighting Yourself.

The little girl you once were learned things about herself through the experiences she lived, the relationships she had, and the way the world responded to her.

Maybe she learned to be perfect to feel accepted.

Maybe she learned to stay quiet to keep the peace.

Maybe she learned to look to other people to tell her she was enough.

And somewhere along the way, those patterns followed you into adulthood.

But those patterns don't have to define the rest of your story.

You can learn to understand the parts of you that still feel afraid. You can begin challenging the beliefs that were never true about you. You can learn to give yourself grace in the places where you've only known criticism — and bring those places to the One who knows you completely.

God's truth about you doesn't change when someone rejects you, misunderstands you, or fails to see your worth.

And as you learn to live from that truth, you can begin responding to yourself and others in a different way.

That's the heart behind Loving Little You™.

Not becoming a perfect woman who never struggles, but learning to meet yourself with truth instead of shame, respond with intention instead of fear, and keep growing with Jesus at the center.

You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

You just have to be willing to take the first step.

Loving Little You™

A 30-day, Jesus-centered journey to understand your patterns, renew your mind, and begin living from the truth of who God says you are.

Let's do this work together. ❤️
